A Visit to the Sindh High Court

12 Oct 2019

A trip to the Sindh High Court organized by the English Department, linked with ninth graders' studies of 'To Kill a Mockingbird'. It offered the ability to compare Maycomb’s law with the current judicial process of Pakistan. 21 students, accompanied by 4 teachers, were given a walking tour of the High Court; all the while, interacting with prestigious title-holders of law and seeing the historical, architectural beauty of the vicinity. The students were surprised with the opportunity to ask three judges anything they wanted; proving the trip to be an insightful introduction to the practices of law.
