The KGS Lifeline Blood Donation Camp was held on Thursday 2nd February, 2017. The foyer and the auditorium were bustling with activity. Desks were set up for registration and to check medical records, reclining chairs were set up for donors to give blood. A large number of donors were A-Level students and parents. There was a competition to see which house brought in the most donors. The theme was red and students wore red accessories to school. Through the day, Kindergarten and Junior Section students were taken for a tour of the blood drive to see and understand the procedure from checking blood pressure to storing the blood. A total of 559 pints of blood was collected. The blood donation camp turned out to be yet another successful event.
