Morning P.E.

The 7:20 bell signals the start of  the morning P.E session. The children line up according to their class lines  and do a warm up session for 10-15 minutes before heading up to class P.E is an important part of the day as it helps develop bones and muscles and contributes to mental well being. A few breathing and stretching exercises are therefore incorporated into the children's daily routine. On Fridays, children line up house wise and have a half hour sesssion in the outer field.
