Thursday Assembly-Contributions made by minorities in Pakistan

31 Oct 2019

VG looked at the white and green flag of Pakistan in which the white stripe represents minorities and minority religions. The class focused on the works of the 4 percent of the population that consists of Hindus, Parsis, Christians, Sikhs and other religious groups. They celebrated the contributions made by the likes of Bapsi Sidhwa, Ruth Pfau, Ardeshir Cowasjee,  Norma Fernandes and twenty others who have helped make this nation a better place. A PowerPoint in the background showed each person that was being talked about. It was an enlightening and inspiring presentation.
